Charging "pad" on back of band melts away after extensive use..anyone else have this problem?

Re: Charging "pad" on back of band melts away after extensive use..anyone else have this problem? Mine's been cleaned pretty much daily. The bubble effect is warrantable though; I just sent it back and will be getting a replacement. The covers on the side of the band are designed to peel away a...

PC Band Sync Not Working anymore

Been having this issue myself for about 2 months. Band won't sync from the desktop app; and its not a USB port issue (I suspect its actually a Windows update that might've caused it)....I have tried syncing on 5 different machines I have the app on (all at the relatively same patch levels), all...

Charging "pad" on back of band melts away after extensive use..anyone else have this problem?

Charging "pad" on back of band melts away after extensive use..anyone else have this problem? I've had my band since day 1 of their release (as has my wife) and I wear it CONSTANTLY (unless showering or washing the car or dealing with water heavily in some other way). Over time, I've noticed...

BUGS in Microsoft band health app for WP

Calorie burn history frequently shows less or more than what is reported on the band. Sometimes its off by over 100, but ive had it show as off by more than 2200 calories! I made a separate thread on this issue, but it hasn't popped up yet... This could be related to the above bug about workout...

Microsoft Health App storing wrong number in history!

I thought there might be an issue with how calories were being calculated, but then I noticed something that the Microsoft Health app is not remembering the proper calorie burn count in the history in the app! This was observed by watching my band on 3 occasions since I got it hit a certain...

Calorie burn is not cumulative with workout and normal burn!?

Ok I think I got this figured out, and am creating a new post on it. Its not that its not cumulative, its that the health app is storing the wrong numbers in history!

Calorie burn is not cumulative with workout and normal burn!?

Ah now this gets even better...when I went to bed last night (put it into sleep mode), my calorie burn was in the high 2400s (lets say 2475 or so), now when syncing the band this morning, it says my calorie burn for yesterday was 2325 calores (and that is WITH doing a 611 calorie burn workout...

Calorie burn is not cumulative with workout and normal burn!?

I don't think its actually underestimating or overestimating; it just doesn't seem to bring the numbers together correctly. I typically average about 80 calories burned per hour when doing nothing on my other fitness watches, and its about the same on this one....and the same can be said for the...

Calorie burn is not cumulative with workout and normal burn!?

Windows Phone, but the same is displayed on the band itself. The graph definitely shows the increase, but the overall numbers in the app and on the band don't reflect any difference between a sedentary/non-workout day and a day when I do a hard workout. Historically on other fitness bands I've...

Calorie burn is not cumulative with workout and normal burn!?

Absolutely love the band! However, I am curious how I get right around the same calorie burn stats on both the band display AND in the app (for the day by day history) on a day when I do no workouts vs. a day when I might burn anywhere from 550-800 calories doing a workout. That doesn't make...
