Why are you sticking with such an old version of W10M? And yes, I would try reflashing the firmware if nothing else works, It might be that your GPS receiver/antenna is not working right.

Discovered a work-around for my Bluetooth issues. If I keep the phone on charge in my truck, it doesn't drop the BT connection.

The 640 and 640XL are great phones. I've had my XL for quite a while now, and it has taken a beating with minimal wear showing. I have Win7 Pro 64 bit on my laptop, and both my W10M phones just show up like a drive when I plug it in. I just dragged The Hellion onto my 950XL for a ringtone.

As an update, I just took the chance and forced another product code's firmware onto the phone, and it's working beautifully so far. Might have to cancel the return, but we'll see.
