According to most of the 950 and 950xl reviews and my experience wp10 is still in beta . And I think those phones are good phones Microsoft really should have stated on the box or something this is experimental software be prepared for bugs , apps not being compatible, extreme changes in battery...

I was now in back on 8.1 I need hotspot. But like I said regardless of the screen time out I just get an error message every time I try to turn on hotspot. What are your apn settings on the Verizon 928?

Does anyone have the 928 with wp10 with working hotspot ?

I have done that Verizon said they had no idea to check with Microsoft and of course Microsoft said that they do not have any fixes because its a beta software Beside that my apn settings are correct

Yeah hard reset preview with back up , preview straight from 8.1 and preview reset no backup . I've found no solution

Can anyone help me with getting the hotspot to work on the Verizon 928 with wp10? Every build I have tried says connection not shared mobile hotspot not available. I have hotspot and it works fine with 8.1 but not working on wp10 is keeping me from enjoying it and forcing me to roll back to 8.1...

I'm on the 928 for Verizon and hotspot hasn't worked on the last 3 builds I keep getting connection not shared hotspot unavailable it works perfectly fine on 8.1

Did you change your apn settings or anything ?

Like I said no problem using it with the Nokia icon but it will not work with the 928 I just get the currently unavailable message

I am having problems too. My hotspot does stay on with the screen off but the connection speed is horrible now. The connection I get with any device constantly disconnects and reconnects. I don't get it I came from build 166 and hotspot worked perfect then the next build it didn't work and now...
