are all Surface books as unreliable as mine?

I would tend to agree unfortunately. My original unit (i5/256/dgpu) would BSOD several times a day after the the 12/2 update. I finally gave up and exchanged it at Best Buy. The replacement hasn't BSOD'ed once and I've used it several hours a day for 2+ weeks.

    Newest Update 12/1 and 12/2

I had a similar issue, the keyboard stopped working, but the pen and trackpad worked fine. Detached/Reattached, rebooted, etc... nothing worked. Ended up doing a full system reset and that fixed it. Now I just get endless BSODs...so I'm doing a system reset one last time, knock on wood....

BSOD: Internal_Power_Error. Hardware or software issue?

So no one else is getting these? I had 3 this morning just trying to boot from a shutdown state. Login, BSOD, Login, BSOD. Guess I'll take it in for an exchange, my window expires Saturday.

Right click on the wifi adapter and select Properties 5. Click the Configure button at the top right of the window 6. Go to...

    Horrid Wifi performance. Anyone else?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that in the OP, I had tried that fix but unfortunately it made no difference.

    Horrid Wifi performance. Anyone else?

Well, just had a bit of the breakthrough. I changed the SP4 wireless adapter setting to 5GHz only...and now it's running full speed. 2.4GHz or Auto, and I get the ~5mbps.

    Horrid Wifi performance. Anyone else?

Hey all, I just got the i5/128GB SP4 yesterday, fully updated and virtually nothing installed. I have 150mbps Verizon Fios and everything I try, SpeedTest.Net, Steam, etc... I get about 3-5mbps speeds and it's very flaky (latency all over the place). My other wireless devices are easily able to...
