BSOD: Internal_Power_Error. Hardware or software issue?

I have the i5/256/dGpu Surface Book.
Since the 12/2 updates, I have had a few dozen BSODs, all "Internal_Power_Error".
I had zero for the few days prior that I owned the SB...but it could be coincidence.

It seems most likely to occur during heavy GPU use, but it also happened during the Windows 10 setup when I did a system reset, and has also happened randomly at the desktop, though less frequently.

I'm close to hitting my return window with Best Buy and I'm wondering if I should exchange it or if this is a software issue and I should just ride it out. Ordinarily I'd think it's software, but "Internal Power" sounds like a bad hardware omen

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

So no one else is getting these?
I had 3 this morning just trying to boot from a shutdown state. Login, BSOD, Login, BSOD.

Guess I'll take it in for an exchange, my window expires Saturday.
