After recent few updates i an unable to see the number of ring of a missed call. Before i saw the feature once in a very earlier build. How can i get it back?

I want to install insider build 14295 in my Lumia 640 (show ring) will i get the 3g option under cellular settings in Lumia 640 ds. And how is the build overall in Lumia 640?

Does the latest redstone preview build for mobile have 3g only option? I need that option badly. The phone always shift automatically to 2g which is very annoying.
