When I want to swipe/type anything from the lower corner, it always registers as multi taps. It's very annoying when you need to type something because you need to keep making corrections.

That's a big NO. I don't live in the US and 930 and 1520 are too expensive. Not to mention, 1520 has phantom touches (Why can't they get simple things right?). I had a 620 where the multi point touches were crap. Got a 820 in the end. Now I have a 535 where even the single touches don't work...

I need a phone that I can type a message with. With the 535, it's just a nightmare. Touches don't register nicely ALL the time, even after the update. I repeat. ALL THE TIME. That means you will find difficulty typing in your unlock PIN, user names, passwords, emails addresses, messages...

I've updated to the 8.10.14226.359 but the problem is still there. I don't have DP enabled. Someone mentioned that DP makes it better. Guess i"ll try that out. If it doesn't, I'm ditching this phone and getting an Android. I need a phone that works. Had exactly the same problem when I purchased...

I've updated to 8.10.14226.359 but the problem is still there. Sigh. Had this issue with 620 when it was first launched. I got a 820 in the end but the screen cracked when i dropped it last week so I had to get a new phone and 535 seemed like a good deal. Apparently not. If this is not fixed...

I still get the same problem after updating to 8.10.14226.359. It is better but it is still the same. It is especially annoying when typing the unlock code/password as you have tap those. I faced the same problem before with 620 when it was first launched. It is happening all over again.

I have two 820s. One is able to update while the other is unable to do so. It keeps having this 80188308 error.

It should be in the Ringtones folder of your phone.

WP 8.1 has removed many of the integration that we came to love about WP. The trend now is to delegate tasks to the apps instead of having them in the OS. Thus, the integrations are removed.But we love the integration, don't we? It is what makes WP so special. So here is my take on what we can...
