Right click on it and see if you can disable it. As Deborah stated, post your add remove programs list. Finally you may want to use Malwarebytes to see if it’s malware.

A supported update? Probably not. They did the 535 but it seemed like it was that the 640 650 950 and a couple others. I know I was able to get 10 through insider on my 521 but it wasn’t released for it officially.

What shows as using the most space on the phone? The only other thing I can think of is the cache in edge. Oh and deleting old text messages. If you don’t use the maps delete the maps app.

The 285MB may be resources used by the app such as images, databases, installers/updates etc. I would move apps to the ax card. Same with music and photos. I had an 8GB SD and kept my internal clean with that :-) even stock apps can usually be moved to the SD
