I doesn't work for me. Settings -> Time & Language -> Region & Language. English (Canada) was already installed. I deleted it then re-installed it but I never saw the "Download Speech Recognition" option.

Downloaded the November update and read about the new "Find my Device" option found as a sub-menu in All Settings > Update and Security. Except that it's not there. I have a Surface Pro 3 and based in Canada. Is this a regional setting or am I missing something? Thanks in advance for your help.
