[Canada] Has or will anyone try to walk into a store today to get one?

Since the pre-order debacle, I have two other ones on order (BB and MS) neither of which will be arriving today. I'm curious if stores will actually have any stock. Or if this is all a smoke and mirrors game where the band itself doesn't even exist.

Nah, UPS is walking up to my door today with my "re-ordered pre-order" Band 2 (due to the original Microsoft/FedEx snafu). Tracking actually does say it is on the vehicle out for delivery.

I just went in to my local staples and they had a few in stock so I got one there and canceled my preorder-reorder from ms and the secondary one from bb I made after ms half canceled my reorder.

Staples might be the only local store have them right now. Check their website for store availability before head especially for the size you want. I think most of staples has one of each size in stock if they are not sold yet.

Got mine yesterday at the MS store in Mississauga.... didnt preorder.

Late reply but I walked Burnaby bc store at 1030am on Friday and got mine plus gift bag. Others were getting there's as well.

Was told that store had the highest pre orders in canada

Did the same in Mississauga. Fed up with all the preorder nonsense.

Got the gift bag also. Yay swag!
