Lumia 535ds speaker problem

After 8mnths, I got Hardware Problem probably speaker sound quality.
I approached to Nokia Care(MS Reseller) & they changed speaker after confirming sound problem.

After 5-6 days I got same scratchy sound problem again.

Again I visited to MS Reseller again yesterday after my exams... They had returned my phone after fixing sound problem but it doesn't work and got same problem while checking my phone in front of them.

They told me to leave my phone at least for 15 days, I reject that offer because I have only one primary phone.

This phone is incomplete example of Lumia ever. Auto restart apps, sensitive touch is the most popular cons of this variant.

Did anyone of you got same problem???

What sound preset or equalizer have you currently set it to? One more thing, at what volume level you're getting that scratchy sound? BTW, l535 does not even have a sensitive touch screen and clearly its a hardware issue. At the moment, I'm searching for the original digitizer part of l535 to get replaced after my warranty runs out.

At the moment, using Lumia 730 after saving some cash.

It doesn't matter about the volume... It's just a hardware problem....
