I have set up my family for 2 phones and 1 is still saying that my family needs setting up?

i have set up my family for 2 phones and 1 is still saying that my family needs setting up

I purchased 2 Lumia 535's and I have set up my family for them both so that they can download apps etc. 1 phone is fine and can now download whilst the other is still requesting that my family be set up. I have tried removing and re-adding, made sure that t&c's are accepted on both the Microsoft accounts and the Xbox accounts and I have checked all info such as date of birth and country are correct. I have contacted Microsoft by telephone but got no help.

If you've made sure everything is correct, and Microsoft isn't able to help by phone, then I'd try to contact Microsoft again. Sometimes the first person you talk to doesn't have a clue, and sometimes the next one will.

If not, hopefully someone who has had that experience will chime in here.
