Are Living Images Uploaded to OneDrive

If I reformat my SD card in my ATT 950 (since it seems to be wreaking all sorts of having since I installed it), will the pictures that have been uploaded to OneDrive still contain the "Living Images" 1 second video clip?

Alternatively, is there a way to move the pictures/videos from the SD to the internal storage, reformat the SD card, and then move them back without having them re-uploaded to OneDrive after moving them?

Thanks!

As far as I know, images do not upload to Onedrive as living images. But there's a workaround.

You can manually copy photo's corresponding living images which is saved as photo_name.mp4.thm and located in camera roll folder. Then you rename the file to photo_name.mp4 by deleting .thm extension from the end and you'll get a viewable file.
