Microsoft 950 download updates static

Trying to download the updates and the phone doesn't do it. It sits on 0% and the phone slows down and freezes, app store stops working and I have no other choice than do a factory reset to clear it. This is a 2 day old mobile and this is my 5th reset.

Instead factory reset, you should do a SOFT reset. Hold down vol - and power 15 secs.

Doing all that restores might corrupt O.AS., and you don't give your phone the necessary fitst updating time, as when you buy a new notebook.

Let it plugged and wifi connected. When an app stop responding, it means it is updating
