Hello, I have begun using the 7digital music store in order to get 320kbps music. I find that the downloaded files from my purchases are not what I expect. They are AAC (not MP3) files with randomized alpha-numeric names. They can be played but they cannot be indexed properly when imported into Xbox music. I have linked the default download folder to the music library so Xbox music does not have a problem finding the files, they just don't index properly. My work around is to download the files onto my Lumia and then copy them across to my Surface 2.
I have contacted 7digital about this problem and they either don't have the same problem or don't recognize this as a problem at all. Anyway, I'm wondering if there are some setting changes that I can make on the surface that would cause these downloaded files to be saved in a more conventional manner.
Please let me know if you are either experiencing this problem or are not experiencing this problem with 7digital.
Thanks!
