Hi. I'm trying to reset my Surface 2 using the USB Recovery drive that I created ( I previously deleted my recovery partition to reclaim some disk space). The restore gets about 15% complete when I get the message: "There is a problem resetting your PC". Of course, now I can't boot except to the USB Recovery drive so the device is pretty much dead for all practical purposes.
I figure there is either something wrong with the bios/firmware on the system or I've got a bad USB Recovery drive, I hope it's the latter.
Anyway, does anyone know of a way that I can get another USB Recovery drive so I can attempt to fix my Surface 2? Any other suggestions on what I can do?
Thanks!!!!
