surface 2 IE problem

Hi,

Sometimes when I'm on YouTube, IE kinda doesn't want me to scroll up and down with the touch screen....

Anyone has faced this, and know how to fix or move around it?

Would like some help.

And I have one more thing, after the last update, the keyboard is not working properly, keeps getting disconnected.

I've noticed the same thing with YouTube. I think it's an issue with the website, not IE.

It only seems to happen when I leave full screen mode and the video hasn't finished playing. I think it's because the comments don't load until the video ends, and since the comments aren't there the page isn't long enough to require scrolling. But once the video reaches the end the comments load and scrolling works again.

Switching between landscape to portrait and then back to landscape also seems to bring back scrolling.
