Battery 1 "0% and not charging"

I am using the original SB charger. Battery 2 (screen) is charging fine but Battery 1 (keyboard) always shows "0% and not charging".

Have tried restart, shut down and switch on, two button restart, reinstalling battery driver. Still doesn't help.

Have searched for solutions on the web. Seems some people are experiencing the same problem but not workable solutions help.

Any one here can help?

does the battery life significantly shorten? if yes, there may be hardware failure. the battery died. if no, there should be software failure. the system can't detect the battery correctly but the battery is functioning properly.

I think the keyboard battery has a hardware failure. It still shows "0% not charging" even after a clean install of Windows 10.

It is still usable. But the overall battery is always under 32%.
