My surface book's touch screen doesn't work

Just recently my surface book's touch screen has not been working at all. I have tried uninstalling and updating drivers. I have tried a diagnostic check. I have made sure my software is all up to date. I am not part of the insider program. And I have tried it in UEFI and it didn't work there either.

Just a note. I have not done anything to my surface book. I have treated it nicely and have kept it in good condition. There are no physical deformations, so I know I didn't just break it.

Have you tried a total reset? If that doesn't work, it's possible the digitizer went kaput. You may have to take talk ti Microsoft about repair or replacing it.
