Why is my touch screen acting up?

Something is wrong with my surface 2

Some times my surface 2 acts like there are 2 fingers touching the display at the same time when that's not the case. This happens not all the time but happens randomly at any time. How can I fix it ?

I think it is because when I was cleaning the display with "Windex" and I applied to much, it acts like there is finger touching there. thi what happens when I wipe. I have a similar problem, but strange it is it solves itself upon restart.
