Yesterday, after installing some updates, I noticed that for the first time I have option to choose a power plan on my Surface Pro 3 besides Balanced. There seem to be the typical balanced/power saver/high performance options. Is this a fluke/bug, or are other people getting this too?

It turns out that the update has turned off connected standby, I believe that yr hyper-v has been enabled right? Because my SP3 doesn't have power options, only if I turn on hyper-v.

Aha, thanks. I'll have to go in and disable it.
