Hi,
Today, I restarted my Surface only to find that it wouldn't boot up again. It has happened before but managed to fix itself after about 30 minutes. This time, it seems that's not the case.
It will boot into the UEFI and sometimes it will show the Surface splash screen before presumably turning off again. I know that I can download Surface recovery software onto a USB key and boot, but I'm wondering if there's anything I can try to avoid losing everything.
Thanks.
