Display Driver for Windows 8?

I just noticed that when my display driver crashes on my SP4 (i5) I get the following message:
?Display driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers for Windows 8(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered.?

Why would it say that I?m using a Windows 8 driver? The driver I currently have installed is 20.19.15.4308 from 10/27/2015.

Is anyone else getting the same message?

Pretty much everyone is getting this. I've even been getting this on a Surface Pro 3 since the November update. Hopefully Microsoft/Intel get this fixed pronto.
