Where Are My Advanced Power Options?

I'm quite keen on getting the maximum possible battery life out of my Surface, and one of the things most disappointing to me about the SP4 is the lack of many advanced options in the customization of my power plans. Compared to my SP2 (both PC's running Win10Pro)

I'm missing:
Hard Disk
Internet Explorer
Wireless Adapter Settings
USB Settings
Intel(R) Graphics Settings
PCI Express
Processor Power Management
Multimedia Settings

I've clicked the "Change settings that are currently unavailable) button, but all that does it make the button go away (on both the SP2 and SP4).

How do I get my settings back??

Instead of doing registry hacks, you can also disable Connected Standby and set the values as you would normally within Windows. The other option is to issue powercfg commands that set the items. I think the easiest is to disable Connected Standby, reboot, go into power options and set as you normally would, re-enable CS and reboot. At anytime you can see what the current options are by using "powercfg /query"

Set HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power\CsEnabled to 0

Thanks for the answers! I disabled Connected Standby and got my options back. I won't be re-enabling it though, as I never use sleep mode anyway.
