When will I get the upgrade for my Lumia 1020?

i dont understand .why i dont upgradet my lumia 1020 ?

i look this w 10 list about it whic device upgradet w 10 .my lumia 1020 is not in there .why ?

It is not "yet" there. You can get Windows 10 Mobile version .164 now through Insider Program.

I believe Microsoft has just decided to cut updates for the phone, among most others before it. It's days with Windows 10 Mobile Insider updates are numbered.

Why? Who knows. Could be any mixture of "can't" or "won't." It could happen in the future, but the FAQs aren't leaving much vagueness or other things we can try to weasel a "soon" out of.
