Phone extra-overheating

This happens even when I google. It heats up in 5 seconds or so. Just the upper screen and upper camera is heating. Even that when I try to download GTA: SA, It extra-overheats (in 3 seconds or so) and It restarts phone in like a minute. I can't even download, how can I play
Why does this happen? Does M Y phone have a problem or L U M I A 1320 has a problem? What should I do?
ps. It was overheating and restarting before. Now I use 8.1DP and It extra-overheats and restarts?

Have you tried either a soft reset or hard reset?

Soft reset - hold power button and volume down until the phone vibrates then let go and the phone will restart. No files are erased. People refer to this as a 'battery pull'.

Hard reset - Settings - About - Phone reset. This will erase everything on your phone. Be sure to back up prior to that.

I did soft reset but I didn't do hard reset.
Is there anyone who did hard reset and got a phone which is colder?

Updated to DP update 2. gta is on %9 without reset.
