Recording in stereo on Lumia 1520 question

Hi,
If I want to make high quality audio recordings on the phone, is it Onenote I should go for?
Or, what is the best choice and how do I transfer the files to my computer?

I have an app called Voice Memos that is quite useful, you can choose file format, quality settings and upload to onedrive.
