WPcentral doesn't always send a pm when you hit send in a browser. It sometimes just reloads the unsent pm. Hmm. Bug?

Hey I already have Cyan on my 1520, but my son wants Cyan on his 520. Can you PM me where to get the rom for France and the carrier which has got it. I'll edit the post when I check it

I am just curious and I don't mean to take a shot at you... Why not post the guide here where everyone could benefit from it if looking for an answer instead of sending PMs for everyone? (Not that I need it because my phone is different but there might be more people in the future who do).

Is it because it involves things that cannot be discussed in public (legal, etc.)?

Guys, you might wanna check this... this was the guide I used when I decided ti flash a UK rom before on my L1520 from Philippines. This guide/tutorial is organzed and eassy to follow.

I am downloading an update right now. I think this is the Update1 already.
