I you do not mind a long charging time yes.
The output is 5 Volt and 650mA.
The 1520 charger is I think normally 5 Volt and 1300 or 1500 mA so your charger is good but will be slow.
I did a quick check online on the model number pictured above. What I saw was this: $12.95 Travel Charger BNT-50650 AC Power Supply Charger Adapter - Free Shipping. If at all it is exactly the same as the one in the link, I'd not go for it since it's described as having a Mini USB port and not a Micro USB port. If, by any chance, it supports Micro USB, then I'll concur with the previous posts before me. Hope it helps.
