Is having an unexplicable battery drain on Lumia 520 with GDR3!

I've been using GDR3 (I dev unlocked it) for a month, and just yesterday until now there's a strange battery drain. Battery Pro+ now report ~3% hourly consumption instead of usual ~2%. I got this symptom a few days after installing it, but a restart fixed it. Any idea?

Because when you open apps after you close them they keep running on background,all you can do everytime you think battery get drained really fast is to restart it.
