Hi! I hope somebody out there can help me. I just got the 521 at Target when it was on sale last week. So far I really love it, and Brightspot customer service has been very helpful. (I was porting a number from Virgin Mobile, and that took a few phone calls....)
The only problem that I can't figure out--and neither could the very nice people at Brightspot--is how to make purchases in the Store, from my phone. It wants you to use a t mobile account, which bright spot is not eligible for. Her best idea was that I needed to set up a microsoft account?!? Will that work? Can I use microsoft and or xbox prepaid/gift cards?
