help please about nokia lumia 620

hi all i had a nokia lumia 620 and in this cell i have 2 problem first is sometime my cell screen go off and can't on till i reinsert battery and sec i had installed viber and whatsApp.but dont know how to signout from viber and whats app.help please thanks in advance

Whoa. While I, a 620 user, can't really answer the second question, I do know that the first is not normal. I've never encountered this (at least, having it long enough to perform a battery pull)

If you encountered the first scenario under very heavy usage, yes, it does happen. (It happens to me when I use emulators and perform internet sharing, but once a week or so)
