Laptop Can't read my lumia 625

Hi i am having a problem with my lumia 625... or i don't know if it is my laptop the problem.

After applying windows updates on my laptop,( am using windows 7 pro). i cant access my lumia 625 even for my dad's lumia 920 and even more for my
mother's lumia 520 but i can transfer songs or images via bluetooth. windows explorer doesnt show anything. In the device manager there's an exclamation mark under the device. i tried uninstalled and reinstall the driver, update it but nothing i tried rebooting my phone while plugged in still nothing.... am desperated.

Did you try plugging your phone to other USB ports?

It is because of missing drivers. First of all make sure that you have Windows Media Player instaled. Then try running windows update while the phone is plugged in. If still doesn't work, uninstall USB ports and restart with phone pluged in.
