how to do nokia lumia update , step by step?

my phone was restarting atleast once in a day since i bought it ( 6th feb) . so i did the hard reset
now its neither amber nor black version. So my question is how to do update my phone.
it have no software now other then some nokia apps which are already there even after hard reset.(panorama, bigflex, bookmy show, cinemagraph, data sense, here drive, here maps , hike n some others)
some pics are here , so u can help me better.
plz reply soon as i m waiting right now for ur help .

you have black update just update your system apps once again to get all the features of black firmware
use sysapppusher to download these updates or wait for the store live tile to show you the updates

hello again brother .... are bhai sysapp pusher se to ho hi jayega jaisa tumne pehle btaya tha ...
par main ye soch raha hu ki .. ye apne aap update show kyo nhi karta store live tile me ya phir settings me ???
or vo "attention required . tap here" wali problem abhi bhi hai .. even after hard reset..... wifi bilkul theek h

live tiles update after every 24 HOURS (actually I have noticed at exact 9:30 AM-10:00 AM it shows me updates for my apps ) app updates are all depended on azure servers , regarding Wi-Fi issues:- hard reset does not solve the issue , try contacting nokia care centre in karol bagh, maybe a faulty Wi-Fi chipset ?

ummm thnks for helping me again in short time
i m too lazy to go to service center. i hope it will work fine.
also tell me is there any difference between updating lumia through sysapp pusher or update after asking by store?

no it is one of the same , it wont affect your phone , I always use this method to update my apps and games , and windows phone 8.1 will get a new feature in store which will automatically update all your apps
