Lumia 730 - Video Camera Issue

I have a Lumia 730 (Dual sim). Recently I've noticed that whenever I record a video from my Lumia
using the default camera app and stop it (by pressing the video cam button in the screen), the screen freezes.
This has happened several times recently and I had to use the phone for something urgent 2-3 minutes later
and my phone was still frozen. So I had to remove the battery and place it back and the video was gone.

Any idea why this is happening?

Are your videos being saved to the SD card? Or is your phone getting low on memory? Either of those can cause problems. I had the same issue on my 735. It froze while saving my video to my nearly full SD card. I just purchased a new larger one.... It did however work without problems saving it to my phones memory.

I always maintain a little more than 1 gigs on my SD card and yes all my camera pics and videos gets saved to the card. I will try saving onto my phone memory and give an update, thanks !!
