Windows 8.1 no longer sees my 810!

Long story short, my Samsung 16 GB card caused my phone to repeatedly go into a reboot loop until I was able to figure this is what was causing my initial issues.

Now, when I hook it up to my windows 8.1 laptop, this is what occurs..

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

Having to manually sync things is looking as my only option right now. The error code looks to be hardware related, I tried to hook it up to an XP computer and got the same code 43 error.

Anyone else run into this. Looks like a handset exchange is going to be in order.

After trying a bunch of the above things, T-Mo wants me to exchange this unit, so a replacement is on the way!

Exchanged phone fixed the problem instantly. It's synchronized fine now.
