Nokia Lumia 820 keys light problems

Hello, everyone!

I'm new here so I'm sorry if I'm doing something wrong. So, the keys at the front of my Lumia 820 (the back, home and search keys) are not lighting up. They don't even blink for a second. When is dark, I can't even see them. Is it normal with Lumias or do I have to be concerned?

I didnt face such prblm yet. If u r facing such a prblm, plz do a hard reset in settings> about>reset
