Can I unlock my LUMIA 820 rm-825 by flashing it with CV firmeware ?

I have a locked lumia 820 Orange UK
i want to unlock it
can i do that by flashing it with CV firmeware ?
please help me

The SIM/cellular lock and firmware are independent.

Flashing a different ROM will not affect the status of the SIM lock.

Conversely, unlocking the phone will not magically change the ROM.
