    Decided not to pull a trigger on AT&T website for yellow. Talked to an inventory manager at Microsoft Store. Took my number and told me he will call as son as they get yellow 920s. Let's hope Microsoft Stores get them before 2013. He also said that Microsoft Stores were supposed to get yellow 920s long time ago, but they are still waiting.

    Mine has been out for delivery to the att store since 1130 AM. It is now 6:58 PM PST. I hope they will deliver it before 9. PLEASE!!

    I don't know why, but I honestly expected mine to ship today. *shrug*

    Oh well. I'd be a little more thankful tomorrow if I had it, but I'll live. Be gone for a week after Thanksgiving, maybe it will ship in the meantime...

    i'm still waiting although i ordered later than most of you guys. pre ordered the 11th but not processed until the 13th still processing..... so sad I really wanted to show off my yellow phone tomorrow :-) but seriously I was hoping to take advantage of the camera.

    so I decided to call at&t and get this, the rep i spoke to said that the yellow 920 just went on back order TODAY since I pre ordered he does not understand why I haven't received it yet. Really! it just went on back order today, i think it's been on back order since before they were even scheduled to go on sale lol. I also asked about getting a credit for the $50 difference on the black Friday sale which i think all of us that have been waiting this long deserve and he said that he can't do that but suggested i call back when i actually get the phone and ask then for the credit.
    I honestly think that AT&T told their CSR's to play stupid and if anybody ask you questions just tell them you don't know what they are talking about. Oh and he also suggested something I never thought of to do, he suggested I go online to att.com and said I can check my order status there. Thank you so much for that tip because I had no clue there was such a thing! i've only been doing it a hundred times a day for the past 10 days. ugh ok thanks for letting me vent. have a great Turkey day all. I will be dreaming of finding a yellow 920 on black Friday in a store, that would be amazing!

    Call a product specialist instead of regular customer service. I don't have the number, but I remember that the last 4 digits are 0500... or something like that.

    I think if you dial 611 it might go directly to a product specialist. But regular CSRs on the chat really can't do anything.

    that's the number i called maybe i am doing something wrong. but I just press 0 and the # to get to a rep. or maybe it's just my luck that I get people who act like they have never even heard of the phone before. next time i call I will ask for a supervisor.
