How does the this process work? I had to exchange my phone due to issues and when I get the new phone I'm thinking I had to start over again. However, lucky me I find that I had a restore for a backup from 5 days ago. So I choose that option and everything starts coming back to my phone, well mostly everything except for when I look in my text messages, there are some numbers without names which I know before I exchanged my phone that they had names and pictures attached to them. So my question is what happened? Did they not sync with my live account or what? If I had not did the restore would I have lost those numbers for good?
