NEED HELP TONIGHT...... Desktop App not installing

Need help !

When I download the Windows Phone Desktop App to my laptop i get an error message saying "We cant install the Windows Phone App for desktop on server operating systems"

I have tried to get my iTunes onto my Lumia 920 without success and thought the Windows Phone App would be the solution?

We are on holiday tomorrow night and i'd like to put my iTunes music onto my Lumia 920.

Are you running Windows Server as the OS on your laptop?

Are you running Windows 8? If not, this is most likely your problem. If yes, try loading it up in safe mode.

Erm, I wouldnt know.

Im running Vista

That might be your problem. If I'm not mistaken, it only runs on Windows 7, Windows 8 and RT.

That's right, I tried to install it on Windows XP without success Only for Windows 7 & 8

I have spent all evening so far trying to get music from iTunes and my laptop onto my 920, so far, no success. How/why do they make it so ******* difficult
