Are you referring to the Verizon Icon? Far as I know the 930 isn't available in stores in the US due to the Verizon exclusive.

I am new at Windows Phone World and I didn't know that Verizon has the exclusive to sell the Lumia 930 (under the name of Verizon Icon) on the US, that is a shame :'(

Sorry about the double post but I've been reading a little and seems that is possible to get a Lumia 930 (Not Verizon Icon) on the US.

Anyone knows if this is right?

You can only buy the Icon in the US with Verizon. The 930 will be available in Europe. I recommend you to buy the 930 in EU if you live in Europe. Just so you're 100% certain you can get 4G with your device.

You can get the L930 online only in the US through Expansys. That's about all I know.

A Verizon Icon won't be able to access most 4G (LTE) networks in Europe. The 930 is coming to the US. It's an non-customized version of the Icon, but here again you won't be able to access most 4G networks in Europe. The reverse is also partly true too. Nokia-Microsoft don't seem to be making an all-band LTE termional, possibly becaise the chip doesn't exist yet.
