How to set ringer on phone to be ON when bluetooth is engaged

This pertains to a Lumia Icon, running Windows 8.1 Denim, with the latest updates.

I'm confused a bit. I connected a Bluetooth headset, and I want the phone to ring itself plus on the headset. I was sure there was a setting for this.

Instead, if the headset is turned on, the ringer on the phone itself does not work.

Can someone send me in the right direction to correct this setting ?
