OneDrive android app problems

I have a OnePlus 5 with Android 7.1.1 where I use the OneDrive app. I can't seem to delete any of my folders or pictures in my folders. Also when I create a new folder the plus sign disappears, so I can't upload anything in to that folder. Plz Help
