My Venue 8 Pro has been running Windows 10 for about a month or two. After turning it completely off to fully charge, I start up, just after it shows the 1st loading screen (all black with white DELL logo) it says ... "returning to previous version of windows". 1) I never decided to downgrade. 2) It never even gave me the option if I wanted to or not. After 45 seconds or more, it restarts and goes directly back to the same message. I can't get passed this. Can't get into Windows at all. I tried exploring different options in the BIOs by holding the power and volume down - which didn't give me a way to change or over-ride the boot cycle. Also I tried the power button and volume up which took me to a dell control panel, this didn't give me a way to go either. I really don't know what to do to fix this problem and get my tablet to simply function again. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
