Find My Phone not working

I can't get find my phone to work on one of my windows phones. Went to setting and it's showing connected. Also tried checking both boxes and still unable. I just changed numbers yesterday. Not sure if that is why. But I did add the number on the site. It is htc radar. I also cant ring or lock. Message I get is below. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
