The windows live id service unavailable

I am really enjoying WP 7, the only real annoyance is when I want to Access the Marketplace I am getting the message saying that "The Windows Live Id service is unavailable". The workaround I found is changing the Hotmail password but it's annoying having to do that.
What's the reason behind this message ? If I understand it I might find a permanent dix

Never got an answer on this. The new workaroung I am using is when I need to download o updates application is to connect my phone to my PC then connect to Zune. After the syncronizing process is done I am getting a mesage saying "downloading application". Usually then I can disconnect the phone and download other apps and it works; if the process fails I reconnecto to Zune.
Not a fancy way but it works for me.
