I have the similar layout on my Lumia 920 , love the small live tiles arranged next to each other , I have small hands , so not a big deal to touch these small tiles.

One of the best home screens I ever saw.
Daniel, can you tell me what mail app is that and how did you make internet explorer, facebook and location icon? (wiztiles can not make them)

Just go to Settings -> Email -> select a account
There you can combine multiple email accounts to one which will give you that icon so you can acces different email accounts at once.
