With BB10 on the horizon should MS start paying devs to make apps?

If BB is paying devs 2K & up to make apps. MS should pay more than BB & more than Google is paying devs not to make apps for WP8. This should be MS #1 priority right now so the "app gap" can no longer be used as a reason not to buy a WP8 device. Right now more than ever this is a race of "public perception." Yes I know there are 3rd party aps, etc.... but right now, today, the perception is still very much that WP does not have the top 50 apps, let alone the top 100.

If BB10 is released with all top 100 apps in their store & the top 25 games it will not be good for WP. What say you?
