touch.facebook.com formatting issue

[SSK the Gr8]

Recently I have seen that when we open touch.facebook.com on IE9 mobile of WP7, the formatting of the top buttons appears wonky. the top bar is greyish instead of facebook blue.
Sort button is on the left , above the what's on your mind text box. the 3 icons on top for friends , messages and notifications are below the supposedly blue bar. I believe it's a CSS issue.

Anybody else facing these issues?

Why does fb ignore IE9 mobile? when it is essentially same as IE9 on the PC. If it works on the PC it should work on mobile too.

Touch has always been wonky but its 100% broken now. But I've been using m.facebook.com for a long time now instead

m.facebook.com seems like a website from the 90's. I preferred touch.

It is primitive, but at least it offers mostly all the functionality I need.
